In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your t-shirt, just click here to download our returns form, fill it in and return it along with the unworn t-shirt within 7 days of receipt.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period in which time you can notify us that you wish to cancel their purchase and receive a FULL refund, including any original delivery charges. If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be at your expense. However, if there is a fault with the manufacture of the product or an incorrect item has been sent, the additional delivery costs will be at our expenseAlso worth noting is that we are not idiots (well, not entirely) so we will notice if you buy 4 T-shirts to get the free T-shirt offer and then try to return that free T-shirt for a refund. If you have bought 4 T-shirts and want to return one then you can ONLY have an exchange for that T-shirt as we are no daft enough to refund people for something that they have not paid for. We know you wouldn't do that, but there are some people that think that they are so smart by trying to scam a small business.
DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK TO US BY VIA A SIGNED FOR SERVICE (such as registered or recorded post) It is a huge waste of time and money. If you are sending back the lady at the post office counter will tell you that you must send it recorded or special - IGNORE her. You may also be told that sending back a single T-shirt is a "packet" - again, not true. If you fold the T-shirt flat it qualifies for a LARGE LETTER. It only has to fit through their special slot for this and has nothing whatsoever to do with being a letter. Even in cases where our mistake has lead to the return, there are NO circumstances where we will refund the cost of a signed for delivery.
